We are well into our third decade of serving home owners, carpet mills, carpet dealers,
carpet cleaners, businesses, and contractors alike. Our service has extended locally, nationally
and internationally for the most difficult problems. New carpet installation to expensive antique

 COLOR PROBLEMS
Borrowing a phrase coined decades ago by Carl R. “Bob” Nimis at a BSCI expo:
"most carpets will ugly out long before actually wearing out." It is the addition
and/or loss of color that causes most carpet replacement.
Carpet color problems arise from a myriad of different sources and reasons; enviornmental fading,
bleaching or staining; poor installation; storage and shipping; or from manufacturing. Common complaints
are bleach, acne medication, cleaning products, furniture staining, Kool-Aid™, pets, fingernail
polish, sidematch, roll-crush, and the list goes on.
Whether the problem is thumbnail size located in residential or large scale commercial,
the vast majority are repairable, or can be brought to an acceptable appearance level.

 LEARN HOW-TO
Since the introduction of our website, we have received numerous inquires from individuals and
companies worldwide – usually with the same common color problems looking for help. For most, the
possiblilities for helping have been small. The size of the job rarely warrants the expense of a fly-in
and the availabity of a qualified local presence is rare. It has been estimated that there are only a
few dozen experts in the world that specialize in strictly on-site carpet color repair and correction.
That has probably been a generous over-statement.
As an alternative, we are offering this generic and targeted how-to multi-media training facility,
on an affordable pay-as-needed basis for the "do-it-yourselfer". With the proper training and guidance,
some may be able to at least improve upon their own situation.
